FAQ
What program teams ask about the platform.
How fast can we launch, and what do you need from us?
Most partners launch a branded MVP in 6–10 weeks, with categories, incentives, financing and demand response phased in on a sprint cadence. Complex integrations can extend that, and we scope it with you. The build is ours: Enervee configures the marketplace, the eligibility rules and the reporting, so what we need from you is your program rules, brand assets, and access to the systems we are integrating with.
Which product categories and retailers are supported?
All major appliances, HVAC and water heating, connected home, lawn and garden, electronics and more — over 40 categories, fed by live retailer pricing and availability, with direct fulfilment where it applies.
Can rebates stack with retailer and manufacturer offers?
Yes. Instant, coupon and post-purchase rebates all stack, with eligibility checked at the point of sale by ZIP or API. DOE's Virtual Power Plants Liftoff Report shows a live cart with two program layers applied together — a $30 instant rebate and $85 for pre-enrolling in demand response — taking $115 off before the customer reaches payment.
How does the marketplace integrate with our existing systems?
Through APIs and secure file exchange over encrypted FTP. Enervee integrates with customer information systems, rebate management systems and DERMS. Typical integrations include EECP, EnergyHub, Honeywell and CSV exchange.
How does this fit our TRM and workpapers?
The platform supports utility-specific workpapers and TRMs for both product eligibility and reporting requirements. Enervee does that configuration as part of setup, so eligibility rules and savings claims follow your jurisdiction's numbers rather than a generic default.
Who runs the marketplace day to day, us or Enervee?
Enervee. Our Utility Solutions team runs it on your behalf — rebate management, program configuration, content creation and editing, customer care and support, and marketing including creative, media and email.
What reporting and evaluation data do we get?
Scheduled reports covering traffic, conversions, SKUs sold, incentives redeemed, avoided energy and CO₂, and campaign attribution. Program evaluation data and custom fields are supported, so the numbers your evaluator asks for come out of the same system.
How white-label is it — will it match our brand?
Fully. Logos, palette, typography and content are yours, and the marketplace runs on your own subdomain. choose.enervee.com, above, is the platform running under our own brand; partner marketplaces are shown in a working session.
Is this only for electric IOUs?
No. Enervee supports electric, gas, municipal and co-op utilities, as well as state and public-sector program administrators.
